Definitions:
In these Terms and Conditions (terms) the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: ‘the buyer\’ means the cardholder who purchases the goods online ‘goods\’ means any goods agreed in the online order to be supplied by the seller to the buyer ‘the seller\’ means A.V. & B.V. Andrews Limited (Company No: 1234857) Est 1975

These terms apply to all online orders and cannot be varied other than by the seller in writing to the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Ordering and Security
All credit card transactions are via a secure server and card details are not stored by the seller but deleted as soon as possible. The seller will not at any time unless required by law or a governmental body, part with any information received in the course of ordering and all financial information will be treated in the strictest of confidence. The seller is licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (No: 525881).
All prices quoted are in £ sterling and are inclusive of all taxes, packaging, insurance and delivery costs.

The seller only accepts credit or debit card payments; Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo via Paypal online payment system.

The seller will endeavour to dispatch the buyer\’s goods within 5 working days of acceptance of the buyer\’s order. If the seller is out of stock of any goods, the buyer will be informed of this either via telephone or email within 2 working days of placing the order. On these occasions the seller will seek to offer the buyer a suitable alternative

An additional allowance of 10 days should be made for personalised items of jewellery.

The seller ordinarily will use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, but on occasions for orders over £2,500 may use a courier service.

All goods are insured whilst in transit. Please note the seller only delivers goods within the UK . Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in full, cleared funds, all sums due to the seller in respect of the goods.

The risk in the goods will pass to the buyer at the moment the goods are delivered to the buyer\’s premises. In the event that the buyer is not at the address to accept the goods, the goods will normally be retained by the post office for 7 days and if not collected will be returned to the seller. In this instant the seller will hold the goods as bailee for the buyer subject to the conditions of the Tort (Interference with Goods) Act 1977

Packaging:
Goods will be packed in the seller\’s branded presentation boxes, save for earrings, which will be dispatched in sealed transparent envelopes with a separate presentation box. Returned items must be sent in the original presentation box where applicable and wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during return transit

Returns Policy:
In the event that the buyer wishes to return goods, the seller will replace the goods or refund the purchase price. This offer applies for 14 days from the date the buyer receives the goods, and is in addition to the buyer\’s statutory rights

Return Guidelines:
Returned goods must be in an unused condition, i.e. with price, barcode or accompanying tags unbroken, if removed the seller will be unable to refund

Goods should be returned in their presentation boxes

Goods must be returned within 14 days via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and in the condition they were received, failure to do so will result with the seller being unable to offer a refund In the event of goods being damaged in transit, please inform the seller within 24 hours of receipt on telephone number 01702 292159 (9.00am to 5.00pm)

The seller does not offer refunds on earrings or body piercing jewellery, unless the items are faulty, in this event the sealed envelope should not be opened and the buyer must comply with 1-3 above If a buyer places a special order for a non-standard ring size they will be unable to return or exchange the product unless it is faulty, due to the fact that the item will have been made and cannot be resold

Warranty:
The seller warrants that the goods are fit for the purpose and of satisfactory quality. Limitation of Liability

The seller\’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the contract shall not exceed the purchase price and the seller shall under no circumstances be liable to the buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damage.

Data Protection:
If you have not indicated on the online order form that you do not wish to receive direct marketing material from time to time you may receive direct marketing material.

English law governs this agreement and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
